This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of eAds4All.com,
as provided by Hi-Tech Data Systems,Inc., 9190 Brocks Gap Road,
Fulks Run, Va 22830 ("Provider").
Please read the rules contained in this Agreement carefully.
You can access this Agreement at any time by clicking on
"User Agreement" at the bottom of every page of the Site.
If you cannot agree with these rules, please do not use the
Site.
These terms may be modified from time to time;
the date of the most recent revisions will appear on this page.
Continued access of the Site by you will constitute your
acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Agreement.
Your failure to follow these rules, whether listed below or in
notices posted at various points in the Site, may result in
suspension or termination of your access to the Site, without
notice, in addition to Provider's other remedies

Your ID and Password on eAds4All.com
Your right to use the Site is personal to you. You are
responsible for all use by you and those you allow to use the
Site. You may not sub-license, transfer, sell or assign this
Agreement to any third party without our written approval.
Any attempt to do so will be null and void and shall be
considered a material breach of this Agreement.
You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your password. You are solely responsible for all usage or
activity on your account including, but not limited to, use of
the account by any person who uses your subscriber ID and
password.
If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer
secure (for example, in the event of a loss, theft, or
unauthorized disclosure or use of your ID, password or any
credit, debit or charge card number stored on the Site), you
must promptly change your password and/or credit card and
notify Provider of the problem by contacting our Customer
Service department at support@eads4all.com.

Use of eAds4All by You.
The Site is not intended for use by children. Provider does not
restrict Viewer access in any way, but does not knowingly collect
personally identifiable information from users under the age of
18. Minor users are expressly prohibited from submitting their
personally identifiable information to us, and any information
submitted by such users will not knowingly be used, posted or
retained by Provider.
You agree not to place on the Site any material that is
defamatory, abusive, harassing or hateful. Further, you may not
place on the Site any material that is encrypted, constitutes
junk mail or unauthorized advertising, invades anyone's privacy,
or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense,
give rise to civil liability, or that otherwise violates any
local, state, national or international law or regulation. You
agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and you
acknowledge that your failure to do so may subject you to civil
and criminal liability.
Advertisers must be legally able to sell the item(s) you list
for sale on our site. You must describe your item and all terms
of sale on the listing page of our site. Your listings may only
include text descriptions, graphics,pictures and other content
relevant to the sale of that item. All listed items must be
listed in an appropriate category.
You are responsible for ensuring that any material you post on
the Site, including but not limited to text, photographs and
sound, does not violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret
or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party
or is posted with the permission of the owner(s) of such rights.
Material on the Site is for your personal use only. The Site
contains copyrighted and other proprietary information. You may
not in any way make commercial or other unauthorized use, by
publication, re-transmission, distribution, performance,
caching or otherwise, of material obtained through the Site,
except as permitted by the Copyright Act or other law or as
expressly permitted in writing by this Agreement, Provider or
the Site.
You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with the Site, or
its associated software, hardware, and/or servers in any way,
and you agree not to impede or interfere with others' use of
the Site. You further agree not to alter or tamper with any
information or materials on or associated with the Site.
Other than connecting to Provider's servers by http requests
using a Web browser, you may not attempt to gain access to
Provider's servers by any means - including, without limitation,
by using adminstrator passwords or by masquerading as an
administrator while using the Site or otherwise.
You acknowledge that Provider has not reviewed and does not
endorse the content of all sites linked to/from the Site and is
not responsible for the content or actions of any other sites
linked to/from the Site. Your linking to any service or site is
at your sole risk.

Your personal information.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third
parties for any purposes and we only use your information as
described in the Privacy Policy. We view protection of users'
privacy as a very important principle. We understand clearly
that you and your information are among our most important
assets. We store and process your information on computers
located in the United States that are protected by physical as
well as technological security devices. If you object to your
Information being transferred or used in this way please do not
use our services.

Legal stuff.
WE, OUR SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES AND OUR SUPPLIERS PROVIDE OUR
WEB SITE AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR
CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. WE, OUR SUBSIDIARIES,
EMPLOYEES AND OUR SUPPLIERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some states do not allow the
disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer
may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from
state to state.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES OR OUR
SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH
OUR SITE, OUR SERVICES OR THIS AGREEMENT (HOWEVER ARISING,
INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE).
OUR LIABILITY, AND THE LIABILITY OF OUR SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES,
AND SUPPLIERS, TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU WERE CHARGED BY US FOR THE
ADVERTISEMENT WHICH YOU PLACED ON OUR SITE THAT GAVE RISE TO
SUCH LIABILITY. Some States do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our
subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and
employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including
reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or
arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents
it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or
the rights of a third party.
You shall comply with all applicable domestic and international
laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use
of our service and your bidding on, listing, purchase,
solicitation of offers to purchase, and sale of items.
You and eAds4All are independent contractors, and no agency,
partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or
franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by
this Agreement.

General.
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of
the State of Virginia as such laws are applied to agreements
entered into and to be performed entirely within Virginia
between Virginia residents. We do not guarantee continuous,
uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and operation
of our site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside
of our control. If any provision of this Agreement is held to
be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and
the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
