The short version. We are here to be of service to you. We offer you that service while requesting the barest of minimum of your personal information. What information we do collect, we do not share with others.

The longer version .... some details ....

You don't need to register to use this site. If all you want to do is browse and view ads (except the adult ones), you do NOT need to be registered or become any kind of 'member'. If you want to register, we'll remember your Area Selection preferences when you log back in, but it's up to you.
We request minimal information when you do register. We don't ask for phone number or address. We don't even care about your credit card unless you are an Advertiser or Adult Ads reader (and then we only use it for age verification unless you advertise). We do ask for credit card billing address info for increased security for you and for us if we do need credit card.
WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION. We do not have 'marketing partners'. We do not give, rent, loan, or otherwise disclose ANYthing about you to ANYone. (One exception ... we will comply with court orders demanding information about you.)
We do not bug you either. Occasionally we have something significant to let you know about ... changes to our site, policies, etc. If that happens, we will email registered users. If we have trouble with Advertiser's credit card or charges, we'll bug you. If you violate our rules, we'll bug you. Otherwise, you never hear from us.
We do not 'mine' your data. Our servers are like everybody elses ... they log your activites on the site. Our policies are NOT like everybody else's. We don't pay any attention to the logs for anything but demographics or site effectiveness (never anything personally identifiable). We will use the logs if you stiff us, break our rules, or get in trouble with the law here. Otherwise, we ignore them.
A big part of your privacy is out of our hands. YOU should keep your privacy in mind when you place ads here. Obviously, anything you put in your ads is very public. PLEASE read our Security Notes Page (Next link after this page below).
